Educational Resources for Children, Inc. (ERfC) is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1994 to provide quality out-of-school time programs for children in Enfield, CT.
ERfC’s mission is to team with kids, communities, schools, and families to grow resilient kids. Through innovative community collaborations, we help kids learn, reach their goals, and contribute to their communities. Our mission guides all of our organizational activities including our strategy of collaborating with a variety of organizations and individuals to provide quality, innovative services.
Combine fun with learning after school for elementary and middle school age children to reinforce knowledge & skills learned in school. Provide homework assistance and leadership in a variety of activities in small groups.
Team Leaders are needed for homework tutoring, arts & crafts, sports & games, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), writing, and for a variety of club activities. Training is provided.
Applicants must be 18+ years of age. Selected candidates will be fingerprinted; must pass a criminal background check; provide a completed medical history form; and proof of a negative tuberculin test. Reliable transportation and insurance required.
College internship opportunities are also available.
