Combine fun with learning after school for elementary and middle school-age children to reinforce knowledge & skills learned in school. Provide homework assistance and leadership in a variety of activities in small groups.
Team Leaders lead homework, arts & crafts, sports & games, STEAM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Arts, and Math), writing, and a variety of enrichment club activities. All lesson plans
and training is provided.
Applicants must be 18+ years of age. Selected candidates will be fingerprinted; must pass a
criminal background check, and provide a completed medical history form and proof of a negative tuberculin test. Reliable transportation and insurance required. College internship opportunities are also available.
ERfC’s mission is to team with kids, communities, schools, and families to grow resilient kids. Through
innovative community collaborations, we help kids learn, reach their goals, and contribute to their
ERfC Out-Of-School Time (OST) Centers are designed to give students’ homework support, and project based academic, enrichment, and recreational activities that support and complement what is learned during the school day. All activities are designed to improve student outcomes and interest in learning. Drawing on best practices in youth development, ERfC OST staff guide students to build academic and
life skills in a meaningful and fun context.
