Team Leaders support students during school day remote learning and combine fun with learning in Before & After School activities for students in grades K-8. Team Leaders lead homework, arts & crafts, sports & games, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), literacy, and a variety of enrichment club activities. All lesson plans and supplies are included and training is provided.
Applicants must be 18+ years of age, reliable, and have experience working with school-age children in an educational setting, youth, or recreational program. The candidates who assist with school-day remote learning must also have experience with online learning.
Selected candidates will be fingerprinted; must pass a criminal background check, and provide a completed medical history form and proof of a negative tuberculin test. Reliable transportation and insurance is required. Candidates must also agree to wear a mask and shield while working with students and follow CDC guidelines.
Educational Resources for Children, Inc. (ERfC) is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1994 to provide quality out-of-school time programs for children in Enfield, CT. All ERfC Centers are licensed by the CT Office of Early Childhood (OEC).
