Meet Joseph Mullock, the dynamic Executive Director who took the reins at ERFC in August 2023. Joe’s journey with ERfC began as the Business Manager, and over the months, he has amassed over a decade of valuable experience in corporate leadership, business finance, and fostering community collaboration.
With a burning passion for childhood education, Joe’s mission at ERfC is clear: to enrich the Enfield Community by offering additional services that empower children to excel academically and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Joe’s academic background reflects his diverse interests. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law & Government with a minor in Business from both Quinnipiac University and Endicott College. Throughout his professional career, Joe has held various prominent roles, such as Operations Manager, Business Manager, and Director of Operations, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to excellence.
Beyond his career achievements, Joe cherishes his personal life just as much. When not leading ERfC with passion and dedication, he finds joy in spending quality time with his friends and family. You can often find him making unforgettable memories with his beloved sons.As the Executive Director, Joe Mullock is an exceptional leader, driven by a profound sense of purpose, and is determined to leave a lasting positive impact on the lives of the Enfield Community’s children and beyond.
