“There are so many things that I absolutely love about working at ERfC. This company is truly a place that values giving back to the community it serves and works as a team to do so. It is wonderful for me to be able to support children and families from the same community I was raised in.”
Rebecca joined the ERfC team in 2018 after using her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies as a third-grade teacher and Autism Assistant in previous positions. She holds an Initial teachers license in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and is a certified head teacher in the State of Connecticut. Rebecca has experience working with students on the autism spectrum and has taught in inclusive classrooms in Springfield, MA.
Rebecca is a certified head teacher who oversees the Enfield Street & Parkman Before & After School Centers and the development of academic enrichments and learning centers for grades K-5. She is responsible for the daily administration of two ERfC Centers, including supervision of kids and staff, communication with school personnel, kids, and parents, licensing compliance, school day support, upkeep and maintenance of the facility, and oversight of schedule and activities.
Rebecca’s goal she set for herself while working at ERfC is to be able to support students within the Enfield community with engaging academic enrichments during Out-of-School Time.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her puppy, driving her Jeep Wrangler, and reading love novels!
