“I am so lucky because not only do I get to write curriculum to enrich the learning for students at ERfC, I also get to implement it every day within the centers before and after school.”

Taylor joined the ERfC administrative team in 2019, but has been working for us part-time since 2016. Taylor is a certified head teacher and oversees the Barnard & Crandall Before & After School Centers. She is responsible for the daily administration of two ERfC Centers, including supervision of kids and staff, communication with school personnel, kids, and parents, licensing compliance, school day support, upkeep and maintenance of the facility, and oversight of schedule and activities.

She is experienced in behavior management and the use of cooperative team strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Education, and an Associate’s Degree from Asnuntuck Community College. She is currently completing her Master’s in Education.

Taylor has been working with students since 2012 and teaching them skills they will carry with them throughout their lives, and she really enjoys that! Her goal is to continue learning and educating herself to create the best curriculum she possibly can.

In her free time, Taylor loves to vacation in Walt Disney World with her family and friends! It’s her favorite place on earth and she goes as much as she can! Her best friend is her 165-pound Golden Saint dog named Russell William who is ¼ Golden Retriever and ¾ Saint Bernard.
