Help us get Enfield children ready to learn for the first day of school!
The Backpack & School Supply Drive is a collaborative community effort to make school supplies available to Enfield children in grades K-12, so they are ready to succeed on the first day of school!
ERfC’s annual Backpack & School Supply Drive begins in July and runs through August. The list of needed supplies is below, we request donations of NEW supplies only, please.
Each year, we collect over 1,000 backpacks full of school supplies with the help of our community! Backpacks and supplies are distributed in August, before school begins. With your help, we collected 1,300 backpacks in 2022 and filled them with supplies for Enfield children.
At the end of August, we will distribute the FREE backpacks full of school supplies to students in Enfield. The 2023 distribution location and information will be announced soon.
For children whose families are not able to attend on Backpack Day, families may also pick up backpacks from the ERfC Administrative Office once Backpack Day is over by calling (860) 253-9935.

The following items are needed in order to reach our goal. We will only accept new, unused donations. The Backpack & School Supply Drive is collecting items for students in Kindergarten to 12th grade.
