If your child loves to play, learn, make new friends, and do something exciting each week, they belong at our camps! All children deserve a great summer and ERfC Summer Escape Day Camp is the perfect summer destination! ERfC summer camp offer children a safe, exciting and memorable day camp experience. Summer Escape is open to all children from Enfield and surrounding towns.
ERfC Summer Escape Camp is loaded with exciting activities and adventures! Children have the opportunity to build self-confidence, independence and creativity, participate in sports activities and educational enrichment activities while parents have peace of mind knowing your children are in a safe and enriching place. Activities will be based around the weekly camp themes and may include field trips and on-site guests. Each day will include a breakfast snack, afternoon snack and lunch. Weekly showcases will be back this year to show our families what we worked on all week!
Summer Escape is a seven-week day camp located in Enfield. Camp is open daily from end of June through August (closed July 4), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Extended day hours are available beginning at 7:00 AM to the start of camp and the end of camp until 6:00 PM.

We accept Care 4 Kids and offer financial assistance to qualifying families!

Weekly Theme Descriptions:
Party in the USA! (Dates: 6/30-7/4 (closed 7/4)): Happy Birthday, America! This Fourth of July week, we will celebrate the United States of America. From American history to American treats, this week will bring all the USA fun! DiscoverWorks will give campers the opportunity to participate in some American science experiments, and we will play our favorite American sports & games in Warrior Academy. Join us for this holiday week, but we will be closed on Friday, July 4th to really celebrate!
Spirit Day: Wear red, white, & blue! To celebrate America’s Birthday, get patriotic in your red, white & blue!

Wild, Wild, West (Dates: 7/7-7/11): Yeehaw, families! Dust off those boots and grab your hats because we’re rolling out the hay bales for a week packed with mid-western merriment! Join us at Summer Escape where adventure awaits at every turn. First up, unleash your inner warrior in our exhilarating Warrior Academy! Navigate through thrilling obstacle courses that will have you hopping, skipping, and jumping your way to victory. It’s not just a race; it’s a chance to build confidence and camaraderie with your fellow adventurers. Next, get ready to two-step your way into fun with our lively line dancing sessions at Curtain Call! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a first-time twirler, our friendly activity leader will have you shuffling and spinning in no time. It’s a perfect way to shake off the week and make some new friends while you’re at it!

Surf’s Up! (Dates: 7/14-7/18) Aloha Campers! Get ready for a week filled with beach themed activities! Get prepped for shark week and make shark fins and leis in Crafty Creations, make tasty summer treats in Life Adventures, and test your inner beach skills with games in Warrior Academy. At the end of the week, we’ll all enjoy a beach luau with fun outdoor games and activities.

In My Summer Camp Era (Dates: 7/21-7/25): Get ready for a week filled with laughter, creativity, and a dash of Taylor Swift magic at ERfC’s Summer Escape Camp! This week, we’re diving headfirst into our Summer Escape Era, where every moment is an opportunity for your child to shine. In Crafty Creations, campers will unleash their inner artists as they create the most fabulous friendship bracelets, perfect for celebrating bonds that last a lifetime! But that’s not all! It’s time to Shake it Off in our Curtain Call performance, where campers will dazzle their friends and family with a showcase bursting with sparkles and glamour. Imagine the excitement as they take the stage, showcasing their talents and the friendships they’ve forged during this unforgettable summer experience.

Superheroes Assemble (Dates: 7-28-8/1): POW! That’s the sound of ERfC Superheroes coming together for this super week! If you were a real-life superhero, what would your powers be? Start brainstorming and join us this week to make your dream come to life! We will all be superheroes as we use our imagination in science experiments in Discover Works, make super art in Crafty Creations, and of course we will take some time to use our superpowers outside during Outdoor Escape. We may even get the chance to meet some real-life superheroes from our community. So, grab your super outfit and join our Super Crew!
Spirit Day: Dress like YOUR superhero! Superheroes come in all shapes & sizes. Who is your personal superhero? Dress like a family member, your favorite camp staff, a famous person you idol, or the career you want to be when you grow up!

Where Dreams Come True! (Disney Themed) (Dates: 8/4-8/8): Get ready to sprinkle some pixie dust on your summer plans, because our Summer Escape Camp is here to turn your child’s dreams into reality! Imagine a week where every moment is bursting with Disney magic—where your child can perform Disney routines, embark on thrilling adventures with their favorite heroes, and create memories that will last a lifetime! But wait this magical journey is almost here, and spots are filling up faster than you can say Hakuna Matata! Don’t let your child miss out on this extraordinary adventure!

ERfC’s Got Talent! (Dates: 8/11-8/15): Let’s wrap up this Summer by showcasing your own talents! Now is your chance to put your abilities to the test and make your own routine to show off at the Summer Escape Camp Showcase. We will enjoy the last week of summer together with amazing activities including putting technology to the test in Discover Works and getting artsy with Crafty Creations. While we are always sad to see you go at the end of the Summer, we are excited to show off your talents together this week in ERfC’s Got Talent!

Camp Activity Descriptions:
Crafty Creations: Crafty Creations give campers the opportunity to be creative through different art mediums.
Curtain Call: Campers can show off their talents! Together, each team will learn a performance that will be included in the Family Showcase. The performance may be a dance, song, skit, or special skills!
Discover Works: Discover the magical world of STEM! Campers can get hands on with technology, science experiments, robotics, engineering, and more.
Imagination Station: Where can stories take us? In Imagination Station, campers will be immersed in storytelling through reading, writing, and listening.
Outdoor Escape: Campers will go outside for various activities that may include water games, outdoor sports, obstacle courses, and so much more.
Warrior Academy: Campers will learn how to work as part of a team through many different skill-based games and sports.
